- Flexible System: Using combinations of optional steel building widths,
lengths and eave heights with a wide range of accessories, unique and
function building layouts can be accomplished. Adding features such as
masonry or EFIS to a clearspan or mini storage building will create a

- The red iron framing structure forges a solid shell that allows you to
create virtually any interior design. With a Heartland Clearspan Steel
Building your interior design will not be dependent on any "load bearing"
walls.
- Wall and roof panels offer the steel building user a choice of the best
of exterior finishes: your choices of 23 colors, coated superior
silicone-polyester painted finish; or Galvalume, an aluminun/zinc
alloy-coated steel panel. A superior color finish that remains beautifully
tough for years and years. These panels and color trim can be combined to
provide a contrasting or complementing finish that is architecturally
attractive on a clearspan or self storage building.
- Galvalume panels are formed of steel sheets that have a coating that is
about 55 percent aluminum, and 45 percent zinc by volume. The result is a
steel sheet that is highly corrosive resistant. Galvalume offers the steel
building owner the best features of both aluminum and zinc: the durability
and long life of aluminum, coatings; and the galvanic protection of zinc
coating.
